Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: No. Unfortunately, despite 60 years of successful use, Neurofeedback is still considered "experimental" and is not covered by insurance in the state of Utah.
Q: Does it really work?
A: Don't take our word for it. Google; "Neurofeedback and Addiction" and see for yourself.
Q: What can I do to ensure treatment is successful?
A: Commit yourself to getting better. We will not accept individuals into our program that are seeking treatment against their will. It is a waste of our time and your money.
Q: What if I relapse during treatment?
A: We have a one - two strike rule. If the relapse occurs within the first 30 days, we will accelerate treatment attributing the relapse to learned behavior... implicit memory. After 30 days, you will be terminated from the program as this action will be deemed a conscious decision. By financially vesting yourself and your family in treatment, a sufficient support group has been established to assist you in recovery.
Q: Should I join a support group while in treatment?
A: There is absolutely no down side to joining a support group. They will hold you accountable for your actions.
Q: If I am terminated from the program but later decide that I am now serious about treatment, can I be reinstated?
Q: Do you conduct court ordered assessments?
